History[Company Information]

Carrying on the spirit of our predecessors

At the beginning of the so-called aviation age, many tragic aircraft accidents occurred, and poor quality bolts were one of the causes. In response to the earnest feeling of the people of those days who wanted to "save the lives of young and excellent pilots," the NAGOYA SCREW MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. was established in Nagoya to "make good quality screws" for aircraft.

Later, along with the rise of motorization in Japan, the company started supplying a wide range of high-quality and high-strength bolts, mainly for the automotive industry and general industry, and today we run operations at multiple overseas locations.

And now as the third business, we are making medical implant products for the Japanese, making full use of the titanium processing technology we cultivated in the aircraft industry and the production technology we perfected in the automobile industry.

We have been carrying on the founding spirit of MEIRA, namely the company’s strong commitment to quality born from an earnest feeling toward people, the commitment to always strive for new technologies, and the attitude to meet customer expectations based on the above.
