Nadcap is an international certification system for special processes in the aerospace industry operated by the Performance Review Institute (PRI) in the United States as a reviewing authority, and MEIRA is Nadcap certified for heat treatment, surface treatment, non-destructive inspection, and shot peening.
If special processes are included in the products ordered from suppliers by prime makers (Boeing, Airbus, GE, etc.), it is mandatory to acquire Nadcap certification as a condition for winning manufacturing contracts.
